The delivery options available depend on where you are shipping your order to, as indicated in the table below:

Delivery Cost

The cost for each delivery option is dependant on the total weight of the goods you are ordering, and is calculated automatically by our Web site.

Multi-package Deliveries

If you order many items at one time, we may need to deliver your order in several packages due to weight restrictions for any individual package. The Web site will clearly state the number of required packages if your order is to be shipped in more than one package.

Dispatch and Delivery Timescales

Orders must be completed on the Web site by 3.00pm in order to be included for dispatch on that day. ‘Next working day’ refers to the next working day after dispatch. Orders completed after 3:00 pm on any given day will be dispatched on the following day.

The delivery timescales we quote to you are indicative only. We have selected Royal Mail as a trusted and proven delivery partner, but unfortunately on rare occasions your delivery may not be made within the exact timescales quoted.
